Bric-à-Brac Hotel Gay Battambang
Bric-à-Brac is a small gay-owned and gay friendly hotel in Battambang in the old and colonial quarter of this city.
It only has three rooms which are themed as the Coloniale, Indochine and Orientale rooms.
The have a all-in-one workshop, showroom and gift shop called the Boutique where they design textiles and sell curiosities and antiques.
This is obviously a passion of the owner and is reflected in the way the rooms and bar are styled.
Kinyei Cafe is certain to have the very best coffee as it is managed by Feel Good’s cafe (Phnom Penh) by the gay owners Jose and Marc.
Like their Phnom Penh business, this is extremely gay-friendly and you will feel comfortable here and well-looked after. With a limited gay scene in Battambang, this is a really welcome addition and alternative venue for gay people to mix and network.

Now, this spa came to our notice via one of our friends who lives in Battambang – ‘Batambang Guy’. You can link to him to ask any questions you may have on his Facebook page. He tells us that the Classy Hotel has a nice Sauna that is frequented, especially at the weekends between 5 and 7pm where there are hot tubs inside where it is “safe to do things”.

21 Bar Phnom Penh
21 is a new bar in Phnom Penh and opened on the 21st December 2015 with a massive party. This bar is listed because it is gay-owned, managed and has some gay staff too. The staff that are not gay are extremely gay friendly. The bar is also open now if you want to enjoy its soft opening while it gets everything perfect – although it already seemed pretty perfect to me. It is open 11am until very late – I was still drinking there at 2am. Read the post 18/12/2015
The Oga Bar Sihanoukville
Ekareach St. 276B, Sihanoukville
Facebook / email@example.com / 0715 612 468
The Oga Bar Sihanoukville is an gorgeous addition to the gay scene in Cambodia. It has it all – and more is coming!
The already have created a fabulous bar with a modern and sumptuous French invocation of the classic Greek style. Walking into the bar you will be welcomed by stone pillars paying homage to this style with a grande OGA bar sign between them. The drinks here are of a high class without the high class price tag. When you sip one of their strong cocktails or a chilled draft beer, you’ll be able to lounge on a sofa or sit up to the bar and you won’t be able to avoid feeling special. The setting is thus: luxurious.
Eolia Beach Resort Sihanoukville Cambodia
Eolia is fantastic with a French gay owner and a mixture of French and Khmer staff who are absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome when we came here. They offer discount for Gay Cambodia News users, but you must ring or email them to get this and make a direct booking. The rooms (small bungalows are clean, neat and compact with a desk, spacious wardrobe, fridge, AC and of course en-suite facilities. For $39 a night in the high season, you will have no complaints. The pool is set in the center of this small village of bungalows and always has some shelter from the sun if it is getting too hot.
